IHD Hotels is the successor to Demircan Hotel, which was founded by İsmail Hakkı Demircan in 1987. It is located in the center of Istanbul, 1.9 km from the Galata Tower, 3.5 km from Eminönü, and 3.7 km from Taksim Square.
